Aurora Calisthenics College has been nurturing the development of self-esteem, friendship and team spirit in a fun, safe and non-biased environment that is challenging and rewarding for all.
Founded by Nicolette Rance in 1999, Aurora has become a place where each and every pupil is encouraged and supported to be their very best.

Come and try calisthenics in November!

We will have two open classes for tinies, sub-juniors, and juniors aged pupils following the end of the 2024 calisthenics season!

Aurora is hosting open classes for existing pupils and new pupils to try calisthenics and continue the fun! We are excited to welcome everyone who is interested in calisthenics and wants to give it a go. these are also transitional classes, so if any existing pupils are moving up a section, you can participate in both your current age group, and your 2025 age group.

Date: Thursday 21 and Thursday 28 November

Times:

4:30pm - 5:30pm - Tinies age (7 years and under as at 31 Dec 2025)

5:30pm - 6:30pm - Sub-juniors age (10 years and under as at 31 Dec 2025)

6:30pm - 7:30pm - Juniors age (13 years and under as at 31 Dec 2025)

Fun

What's a hobby without fun? We know that after school activities need to be enjoyable and exciting! This is why we keep our classes entertaining, engaging and dynamic!

We have a range of extra fun days throughout the year, such as family fun picnics, trivia nights and fairy days!

Fitness

Our qualified coaches ensure that our pupils are consistently challenged and pushed to achieve their very best. Along with excelling in flexibility we encourage strength and control of movement.

At Aurora we know that it's hard to keep up flex and fitness in the summer holidays. This is why we host our annual summer stretch classes, this way our pupils can keep flexible and prepare for the upcoming year.

Friendship

Calisthenics is an awesome sport where lifelong friendships are formed. Some of our Seniors have been competing with the same girls for over 15 years, this weekly interaction has led to wonderful friendships in and outside of class! Take a look at some of our pupils testimonials!
